BEE did a full-scope LEED for Commercial Interiors service, including fundamental commissioning, for Akzo Nobel’s new China Headquarters located in Shanghai. This sustainable construction building, which has achieved LEED Gold certification, has a total size of over 9,290 sqm spread over 5 interconnected floors. The office is located in the well-known Shanghai Eco-City building, a LEED Certified Tower.
