About the project

BEE worked closely with the client to achieve the highest level of certification LEED Platinum for their stores in multiple locations worldwide. For these projects, BEE incorporated sustainable practices, such as installing high-efficiency lighting and multi-zone air conditioning to achieve high levels of energy efficiency for the stores.

In addition to providing sustainable design and construction strategies, BEE incorporated the QLEAR Intelligent Building Management system to monitor the indoor air quality and energy consumption in real-time which improved the overall IAQ and energy efficiency performance.
