BEE worked with ITC to offer full LEED consulting and energy modeling services for their new Le Petit Rosedale Hotel in Causeway, Hong Kong. We are proud to say that the 28-story hotel is the second hotel of ITC Properties to achieve a LEED certification – the first one being Rosedale TKT Kowloon Hotel. This project has achieved 57 points on their LEED scorecard, receiving a LEED Silver NC rating on April 2020. By focusing on the key regional environmental priorities of the project’s location, the project was able to achieve full points in the Water Efficiency category while achieving 22 out of 26 points for Sustainable Sites.
