About the project

Avenues International School, developed by the RDFZ -The High School Affiliated to Renmin University Of China – and US Avenue, is a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly, international school. BEE was contracted to be the green building consultant for the project and oversee the implementation of sustainable design strategies, ranging from optimizing daylight lighting to incorporating renewable energy resources.

Designed by the respected firm Perkins Eastman, Avenues International School is pursuing LEED Gold, aiming to set a precedent for new educational facilities in China.
