The Nexus is a standout building in Ho Chi Minh, offering a Grade A, international-standard office community. It’s designed to provide sustainable and healthy workspaces for some of the city’s top corporations and professionals. Recently, the building earned WELL Silver certification, and we are more than proud to be part of this achievement.
We are happy to have contributed to the building’s continued commitment to sustainability through our WELL Performance Verification testing services. Equipped with advanced devices, tools, and a few balloons, our team of performance testing agents arrived at the project site to assess the building’s key WELL parameters:
- Air quality
- Thermal comfort
- Lighting
- Water quality
- Acoustic performance
