About the project

BEE was hired by Shimizu to help them achieve both WELL and LEED V4 certification for their new office to ensure a comfortable and healthy work environment for their employees.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Low emission materials are used for better IAQ
• Installed outdoor air flowrate monitor to ensure outdoor air intake
• Office thermal comfort monitoring system is implemented
• Prepared exercise equipment to provide physical activity opportunities
• 100% use of LED lights
